Caleuche Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

According to Chilean legend the Caleuche is a ghost ship that sails the fjords of southern Chile, led by powerful sorcerers and crewed by sailors and fishermen lured aboard by its ghostly music and enslaved for all eternity. The ship sails at night, always full of lights and with the sounds of a party on board, but quickly disappears again, leaving no evidence of its presence. Those who see or hear the Caleuche but resist its call become a floating piece of wood or marine animal forever.

Tasting notes
Clear and intense bright ruby red colour. Pleasant ripe plums and berries with subtle notes of tobacco leaves on the nose. In the mouth, the medium structure and ripe tannins of this gentle Cabernet deliver typical flavours of black cherry, black currant, cedar, and light cinnamon spice. A harmonious wine with nice complexity for its age. No need for ageing, this wine is built to be consumed and enjoyed young.
