Tasting notes
It has a soft yellow color with steely and greenish tones. It immediately highlights its aroma of white flowers, in addition to some citrus expressions, such as grapefruit you will also find minerality and grassy notes. In the mouth its freshness is distinguished with a balanced acidity and the complexity granted by its 30% fermentation and ageing in French oak of first use. After taste reveals touches of bees wax and honey. Delicious! Acidity is lovely, it is a distinct, fresh and intense white wine.
